  Non-existent customer service. Came here on Saturday determined to buy a laptop. Not many customers at the time, and even fewer staff. After 5 minutes we managed to grab hold of one. He couldn't help, but said he would find someone who would. Waited another 15 minutes while staff could be seen standing around chatting and ignoring customers. We then had had enough, and as we walked towards the entrance someone finally came up and asked if he could help. We told him how we felt about their lack of customer service and left. Will never visit this store again.
