  Shocking customer service. I paid in advance with a spafinder voucher for a pedicure which I had to call and cancel the day before (sick baby and childcare issues) rebooked the next morning with no issues. Then a few hours later get a phone call to say that actually they are charging me for the missed appointment and if I want to rebook I have to pay again.
