  I stayed here to attend a disability conference. Initially had a few issues as it was not explained to me how the lift needed you to swipe your card to select floor and that in my room I needed to place my card in a slot to get the lights to work. But after I resolved these issues the rest of the stay was fine. I had assistance at breakfast which was a great help. Staff always friendly. Room was a good size, nice to have a desk to work at. Nice LG TV, bed was comfortable, nice touch to have toiletries in the bathroom, not many hotels doing this anymore, even USB points. I would recommend this hotel, with a suggestion that staff advise guests how the facilities work, especially those with disabilities.
