  Pros: as expected from 4* - very good room size (family suite), good service @ the reception, overall clean, good selection of water/coffee/tea etc. in the room, good breakfast/restaurant.
  
  Cons: beds were far from comfy, all a little dated, 2 inches gap between floor and the door in our room - meant we could hear people in the hall and we didn't feel that comfortable. Noise from the street at night means we had to shut the windows and there was no ventilation.
